Collaboration with Iran Kaveh Company

We began our activities in the field of selling various trucks with the establishment of the Heavy Machinery Development Company in 1976, by obtaining the agency from Iran Kaveh Company, the manufacturer of Mack Trucks.

Sales Representation of Saipa Diesel Products

After the Islamic Revolution of Iran, in 1988, we reinitiated our collaboration with Saipa Diesel (formerly Iran Kaveh) in the field of selling Volvo Trucks. We succeeded in selling 7,500 units of Saipa Diesel products, including the astonishing sale of 800 Volvo trucks in a single day. This achievement surprised Saipa Diesel Company and earned us the title of the best-selling representative of Saipa Diesel.

Plans of Volvo Trucks

The plan of Volvo Trucks was to establish a Middle Eastern central warehouse by Aria Kaveh Khodro, aiming to supply and distribute parts of Volvo Trucks to other countries. Regrettably, due to political issues, the establishment of the central warehouse in Iran was negated, and it was transferred to the United Arab Emirates.

Obtaining Representation from Volvo Trucks

After becoming aware of our sales ability and credibility in 2008, Volvo Trucks Sweden accepted our request for collaboration and representation. This led Volvo Trucks Sweden to decide to collaborate directly with us (Aria Kaveh Khodro ) and grant official representation for centralized after-sales services to implement step-by-step plans in the Middle East in collaboration with Aria Kaveh Khodro.

Manufacturing Hyundai Trucks and Buses

After obtaining representation from Volvo, in 2009, we began manufacturing various Hyundai Trucks and Buses by purchasing 90% of Sepehr Diesel Kaveh (the exclusive representative of Hyundai Trucks and Buses from South Korea). Despite the low demand for Hyundai Trucks in the first two years, we succeeded in selling 750 units of trucks and buses.
